Meet the Grampian and the Northern Isles Area Support Team

Meet the team

Welcome to the Grampian and Northern Islands page! We are delighted that you are interested in helping infants, children and young people in Grampian and Northern Islands, I’m Laura and I am the Tribunal Delivery Manager.  My role is provide strategic leadership, direction and management support.  Also within the regional area support team is Louise Robertson our Partnership Coordinator and Frank Ross our Wellbeing Coordinator.  The team is also supported by our clerk , Anne Cogle, Annette Feeney, Nicole Chidester, and Lynne Geddes.  Volunteering for CHS is an incredible role and if you would like to know more, please contact me.  I look forward to hearing from you soon. 

Where are the hearings held?

Hearings can be held on-line or in-person, you will be notified of this when allocated a hearing by the rota team. Venues can be found on the Scottish Children's Reporter Administration website

Information Sessions

Information sessions are a great way of finding out more about what we do within your community. There is a mix of in-person and virtual events taking place:

Tuesday 3rd September - 7pm to 9 pm - Islesburgh Community Centre, Lerwick

Wednesday 11 September - times tbc – Woodhill House, Aberdeen

Monday 16 September, 12pm – 1pm – via Teams

Tuesday 24 September, 6pm – 7m – via Teams
